Chocolate croissants recipe

Here how you make easy and quick croissants in ten minutes. This recipe does not require any baking skills,

because of the fact that croissants are made from the ready puff dough. You can find puff dough in supermarkets.

Chocolate Croissant`s Ingredients

Puff pastry dough

Chocolate parts (You can use normal or bitter chocolate)

Egg (we will just need the yellow part - egg yolk)

First cut the dough plates into 2 parts as shown on the photo. If you use danerolles croissant dough,

They come as cut already.

Place chocolate parts onto the long edge of the dough and start rolling. If you push little bit from right and left side, croissant takes that crescent shape.

Place the ready croissants on the baking tray-

Brush the tops with egg yolk (yellow part of the egg)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake them until croissants color turn to golden brown.

Croissants are ready. If desired, you can sprinkle the powdered sugar on top of them. Bon Appetit!
